🔒 Privacy Policy

1. Overview

RoloGraph ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. We built RoloGraph with a "Privacy First" architecture. This means we do not have access to your contacts, notes, or tags. Your data remains on your device and within your personal iCloud account.

2. Data We Collect and How We Use It

A. Contact Data (Read/Write Access)

• What: The app accesses your address book (names, numbers, emails, addresses, dates).
• Why: To analyze the health of your contacts, find duplicates, display them on a map, and allow you to organize them.
• Where it goes: This processing happens 100% on your device. Your contact data is never uploaded to our servers (because we don't have any).

B. User-Generated Content (Notes & Tags)

• What: The notes and tags you create within the app.
• Where it goes: This data is stored locally on your device and synced securely to your private iCloud container using Apple’s CloudKit technology. We cannot see, read, or access this data.

C. Location Data

• What: We convert contact addresses into map coordinates (Geocoding).
• Why: To display markers on the Contact Map view.
• Storage: We do not track your real-time location. We only process the addresses listed in your contact cards.

3. Third-Party Services

We use services provided by Apple Inc. to function:

• iCloud / CloudKit: Used to sync your data across your devices.
• Apple Maps: Used to display the map interface.

4. Data Retention

Since we do not host your data, you have full control.

• If you delete a contact, note, or tag inside the app, it is deleted immediately from your device and iCloud.
• If you delete the RoloGraph app, your local data is removed. Your iCloud data may persist until you delete it from your iCloud storage settings.

5. Children’s Privacy

RoloGraph does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

1. Acknowledgement

These Terms of Use are concluded between you and RoloGraph (the Developer), and not with Apple. The Developer is solely responsible for the App and its content.

2. Standard EULA

RoloGraph is licensed to you under the terms of the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this app, you agree to these terms:

3. In-App Purchases

RoloGraph offers a "Pro" version as a one-time Lifetime Purchase.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• This is a non-consumable purchase and does not expire.
• You may restore this purchase on other devices associated with your Apple ID without paying again.

4. Data Integrity & Liability

RoloGraph is a utility tool designed to help you manage and merge contact data.

• Backup: While we take every precaution to ensure data safety, we strongly recommend backing up your device or contacts via iCloud before performing bulk merge operations.
• Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any data loss, including loss of contact information, notes, or tags, resulting from the use of this App. You use the "Merge" and "Delete" features at your own risk.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
